Andrew Lilly

Andrew Lilly is a seasoned utility engineer with two decades of experience supporting distribution operations and large industrial co-generation projects. A licensed Professional Engineer with advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business, Andrew brings a deep command of system design, automation, and interconnection across complex utility environments. At Duke Energy, he served as Technical Lead for the Florida Distribution Interconnection Program, overseeing all residential and commercial solar projects above 10 kW and up to 2 MW. He directed multiple protective relay and switchgear standardization initiatives across all distribution jurisdictions, developing and validating templates, leading FLISR and automation integration testing, and driving consistent performance and compliance across the enterprise. Andrew integrates seamlessly with client teams, applying deep technical and operational expertise to enhance grid reliability, streamline interconnection processes, and deliver scalable modernization solutions.

Paul is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BridgeSource Utilities Solutions, where he leads the company’s strategic vision and growth. With over 15 years of experience supporting utilities across North America and Puerto Rico, Paul has led BridgeSource from a niche talent firm into a full-service consulting partner recognized for bridging the gap between strategy and execution. He founded BridgeSource in 2012 after recognizing a critical need in the market for a firm that could combine consulting expertise with specialized talent delivery. Paul works closely with executive teams to shape workforce strategies, oversee high-impact programs, and design scalable delivery models that drive measurable results. Paul holds a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Lyndon brings over 30 years of executive leadership in electric and gas utility operations, with deep expertise across distribution, generation, dispatch, distributed energy, and grid modernization. He has held key leadership roles, including VP-level positions at Duke Energy and Entergy, where he led the development and execution of power delivery strategy and grid technology portfolios. At BridgeSource, Lyndon oversees all operations and leads cross-functional teams supporting the full lifecycle of modernization and transformation initiatives. He serves as a trusted advisor to utility executives, ensuring strategic investments in IT/OT systems drive lasting performance and value. Lyndon holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University and has completed advanced executive development programs at Duke University and the University of North Carolina.

Joshua McIlvoy

Joshua McIlvoy is a seasoned energy strategist with more than 15 years of experience leading innovation across investor-owned utilities and independent power producers. He has guided the design, regulatory approval, and successful launch of advanced distributed energy and backup generation programs, including the Power Through initiative, one of the industry’s first large-scale customer resilience offerings. His portfolio includes managing over 50 MW of customer-side DER and demand response assets in ERCOT, deploying more than 5 MW of utility-owned energy storage and microgrid systems, and supporting the development of next-generation DERMS platforms and R&D test facilities modeled on national laboratory standards. At BridgeSource, Joshua bridges strategy, technology, and real-world execution, helping clients accelerate grid modernization, strengthen reliability, and deliver measurable value. Joshua holds a degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Colton Pierce, P.E.

Colton Pierce is a utility integration leader with more than a decade of experience bridging the worlds of engineering, operations, and technology across the transmission and distribution value chain. As Director of Grid Integration, he leads BridgeSource’s efforts to connect field operations with enterprise systems, driving smarter, faster, and more resilient grid performance. With advanced expertise in ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and DERMS platforms, Colton has guided utilities across North America through complex integration projects that modernize control centers and enhance situational awareness. His technical depth, combined with a strategic approach to IT/OT convergence, enables clients to achieve measurable improvements in reliability, interoperability, and operational efficiency. Colton holds a Master’s degree in Power Systems and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, where he was an active member of the Robotics Design Team and IEEE, serving as team secretary. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.

Edward Brinson

Edward is a senior utility engineering leader with more than 30 years of experience across Transmission and Distribution operations. His career spans system planning, protection and control, substation and transmission maintenance, compliance, and technical training, bringing a uniquely comprehensive perspective to grid reliability and modernization. Ed has served in both field and control center leadership roles, including 14 years in Transmission and Distribution Control Centers, where he guided critical operations and response initiatives. He led the design, procurement, and installation of the first FLISR and Distribution Automation systems at Entergy, and later engineered one of the nation’s first communications-assisted high-speed underground distribution automation pilots in Orlando. Known for his forward-thinking design philosophy, Ed focuses on proactive engineering that prevents downstream issues and accelerates delivery. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, and has completed extensive postgraduate studies in Power Systems at the University of South Florida. Ed is both a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified NERC Reliability Coordinator.
