Overview
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can think, adapt, and help keep multiple projects moving forward. This is not a rigid, certification-driven project management role. We want someone who uses tools and processes to support real work — not slow it down.
You’ll help organize projects, coordinate communication, and make sure the right tasks get done, even when things change.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple active projects
- Keep project management tools up to date with tasks, timelines, and notes
- Collect and organize information from internal teams and customers
- Schedule and coordinate internal and customer meetings
- Track action items and follow up to ensure completion
- Identify gaps, blockers, or missing information and help resolve them
- Support project leads by improving clarity, communication, and follow-through
