Overview We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can think, adapt, and help keep multiple projects moving forward. This is not a rigid, certification-driven project management role. We want someone who uses tools and processes to support real work — not slow it down. You’ll help organize projects, coordinate communication, and make sure the right tasks get done, even when things change.
Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple active projects
Keep project management tools up to date with tasks, timelines, and notes
Collect and organize information from internal teams and customers
Schedule and coordinate internal and customer meetings
Track action items and follow up to ensure completion
Identify gaps, blockers, or missing information and help resolve them
Support project leads by improving clarity, communication, and follow-through
