Job Description:
The Lead Billing Consultant is focused on the Utilities Industry to facilitate the implementation and support for IS-U and focus on the short and long-term strategic business benefits for the end client.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for SAP ISU-Billing solution design on client project.
Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs
Be able to design and configure all major areas of ISU-Billing including rate configuration and proration options, billing exceptions, unbilled revenue, and budget billing
Write strong functional and technical specifications for client enhancements
Provide best business practices and thought leadership to clients
Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years SAP consulting experience in the Utilities Industry with a focus in IS-U
Broad knowledge of the SAP IS-Utility Solutions and deep industry expertise.
The ideal candidate must have expert-level knowledge in the following areas:
IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions.
Complex Billing and Rates, Rate Modeling, Billing Schemas, Master Data, etc.
Hands-on experience with both TOU billing and RTP billing.
Experience or knowledge in market communication/APE is a must.
Knowledge of integration with Device Management, AMI/MDM, FI-CA, etc.
