We are looking for a dedicated SAP payroll solutions consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience and a strong background in developing high-quality, scalable and customer-centric solutions in the SAP HCM Payroll space.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the process owners to identify requirements and design solutions.
Organize problem-solving discussions, resolve issues and ensure product continuity.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with the ABAP developers to develop and test the new functionality or enhancements.
Create unit test and quality assurance plans
Analyze the business processes and make recommendations for optimization and efficiency.
Assist in documenting business processes, test plans and user guides.
Qualifications:
Over 15 years of experience in SAP payroll space.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong understanding of SAP Payroll solutions.
Bachelors or analytics related degree.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
